Do you have Non-Union crew or Non-Union talent on your production?

In order for The Talent Fund to process payroll for your Non-Union crew or Non-Union talent, we’ll require the following information:

  • For worker’s compensation purposes we will need a list of employees with approximate work dates
  • Name of the production
  • All production company contact info
  • Completed, signed and legible Non-Union Time Sheet and W-4/I-9
  • THE TALENT FUND, INC. ALSO REQUIRES THE SAFE AND HEALTHY WORK PRACTICES BE DISTRIBUTED TO ALL EMPLOYEES FOR WHOM WE PROVIDE PAYROLL SERVICES. THE SAFE & HEALTHY WORK PRACTICES FORM MUST BE SIGNED AND RETURNED TO US. THE EMPLOYEE MAY KEEP THE CODE OF SAFE PRACTICES.
