Since 1962, we’ve specialized in making the process of paying talent, crew, musicians and production staff a simple one that allows you to get on with more pressing production issues. We know accuracy, timeliness and accountability are high priorities. That’s why you can count on us to handle everything quickly and efficiently—down to the last detail or, perhaps, penny.

Here’s all you do to get The Talent Fund working for you:

1. Call The Talent Fund at (650) 726-5677 to receive a payroll estimate for the talent, crew or musicians you’ll be hiring. We’ll ask questions specific to your project to assess what your actual costs will be as accurately as we can. You can also fill out the appropriate online payroll estimate form for your production: Talent Payments, Crew Payments, Union Payments. Once we review your information, we’ll email or fax the estimate back to you.
2. After the work is completed, send your forms to The Talent Fund. Relevant forms are available for download in the Forms section of our website.
3. Once we receive the completed forms, The Talent Fund will issue an invoice for all costs associated with your production.
4. You pay the invoice.
5. When The Talent Fund receives your payment, we pay the people you hired as well as the employment taxes, union benefits and worker’s compensation insurance. We also complete and submit all related union and government reports.
