The Talent Fund was founded in 1962 by Claire Stahmer—in her living room, of all places. The business thrived and grew through small leaps and bounds. Cut to 1983, when Joni Williamson made her debut with the company and the rest is, well, history.

Joni guided The Talent Fund through a rapid—albeit smart—expansion and actually bought the company in 1987 when founder Claire retired. Since then, Joni’s company has become the go-to business for any production looking to take away their payroll headaches. The Talent Fund has continued to grow but it still holds true to it’s credo: providing the highest level of personalized and friendly service no matter how big or small the project is.
